Saturday I stopped by my favorite garden store to see my friend Donna Faye. She has been a huge help to me over the past few years and has taught me a lot about gardening. I asked her if she would be willing to sell my Raised Urban Garden boxes and she agreed, so my husband Kent and I built a few single garden boxes for her. Today I dropped them by and they are available there if you want one that is pre-built. We built the single-tub style and they retail for $95. We can also build the 2 tub version (My on-line plans feature the 2 tub version) and they retail for $155. Most older people gardened as a child or had a grandmother that did. I certainly did!
