My weight loss journey week 7

  • I made it to 154 pounds but I only ran one day this week. On Monday, I couldn’t find my ipod and then the excuses just kept mounting. I did do a great job at watching my calories and I am grateful that I feel great and am feeling more healthy. I feel that I have reached a zone that I can sustain until it’s all off. I have decided to only update once a month about my weight loss. I plan to get back to running this week. I will report back at the end of March. I should be able to lose at least one pound a week, so I hope to weigh 149 by the end of March. Stay tuned to find out if I do. Good luck if you are on this same journey with me! Keep it up and keep going!

For the picture, I picked these strawberries yesterday and ate them before I came inside. They were so juicy and sweet, I can’t wait for many more!

    UPDATE!

I am embarrassed to write that I have fallen off the wagon so to speak. When I stopped typing weekly updates, I slowly came up with excuses to not run or watch what I was eating. I have gained one pound, but still overall am eating healthy and taking care of myself. When I start running again, it will sure make a difference and I plan to start soon! I graduate from college in five weeks and it seems like that deadline has consumed me with last-minute tests, papers and exams. I continue to eat healthy from my garden and still plan to lose the weight! I will let you know when I get to my goal weight of 135! Until then, keep working at it if you are doing better than me and let me know about your journey.

    best wishes for happiness!

I didn't spend much time this week in my garden because it rained so much. I found these two strawberries on Saturday and ate them right away. so sweet and juicy!
