Okra and tomatoes

  • So I have been camping last week and didn’t get the okra picked right away.  I absolutely love okra!  I am going to coat it with some olive oil and sea salt and bake it at 250 for about an hour.  It is an experiment but I think it will be great.  I recently bought some dried seasoned okra that was so delicious!  I will let you know how it turns out.
